Seattle's Wall of Gum
A 50' by 15' section of wall outside of the Market Theater at Pike's Place Market. People have been sticking their gum there since 1993. Theater staff have scraped the wall twice, but since given up. It was recently declared the 2nd germiest tourist attraction in the world, second only to the Blarney Stone :) Occasionally you can see works of art made exclusively of gum, before others come along and cover it with their own chewed gum.

I never saw totoro until i was in my 20's, but now my 18 month old wants to watch it several times a day and sings the song. so cute!

  @kellydna: it reminds me more of a David Lynch movie where the protagonist is just about to get out of the car and meet a strange woman who may or may not be his sister. And the strange woman says "Your hands are the bearers of ornery dresses. Go back, before your memories become jackals." And then the protagonist looks up and realises...
  actually, enough. Enough. This is part of what the photo evokes for me @jenaissance. But I really wouldn't read too much into that ;)

i can't drink it anymore after a "party" with my boyfriend (now husband) several years ago. I must have had the whole bottle, got alcohol poisoned, felt drunk (dizzy etc) for 4 days! ugh
