@ Chaomancer Yes, Plasticville made dozens of real-life buildings and structures for model train layouts ( circa 1950-1960's). I also have a printed drink glass from the New Jersey Turnpike with the caption " 118 miles of effortless driving"

I still use some non-microwavable Tupperware along with the ever-popular self-burping jadeite-colored plastic bowls. I must say, The Tupperware ice cube trays I bought at least 15 years ago still work perfectly and never cracked. I still wouldn't be caught dead at a party, unless the hostess had a really nice bar in the rumpus room.
